My activities are not limited to the investigation of cases of corrosion in service but also include technical assistance based on very long professional experience with Pechiney, a former leading group in Europe.
Technical assistance may cover many aspects
compatible with the resistance to corrosion of aluminium in service : the choice of an aluminium alloy and metallurgical state, the choice of half-finished products, the choice of methods of assembly, any protection, risk of galvanic corrosion, etc.
This assistance may be reinforced by a bibliographical study based on dedicated documentary sources.
